  • Differences, importance of
  • Equality, versus inequality

Question:

I feel that leaders are not more important than anyone else, therefore why is X exonerated from doing the same duties that the rest of us have to fulfill?

Answer:

It is not a question of leaders being more important than anyone else. Instead it is a question of leaders having a different function to those whom they are leading. Each and every one of us has a different role to play within life, and every role is important in serving the One Purpose. To want to reduce every role into a state of sameness, in the name of equality, is tantamount to wanting the whole world to be flat, or a mountain, or a river or valley! It is insane, for it is within our differences that lie our collective strength!
