    1. I clearly undertake the obligation to respect the space I am being offered by Toltec Legacy as well as the time of all the people who are either part of Toltec Legacy or are fellow subscribers.
    2. If I violate the above obligation or if I violate the "SPECIAL AGREEMENTS" stated below, I reserve the right to receive a fair warning from Toltec Legacy.
    3. However, if I choose to ignore the warning and continue to violate my obligation or the "SPECIAL AGREEMENTS", Toltec Legacy reserves the right to terminate my participation in this website. In such a case I clearly state and understand that I reserve no claims or demands in any way whatsoever towards Toltec Legacy or any third party concerning refunding.
  6. I have read the copyright notice of this website and I state that I fully understand and clearly agree to it. Therefore I shall not copy, reproduce or circulate in any way whatsoever any element of the content of this website.

SPECIAL AGREEMENT concerning the part of this website under the link "LIVING ROOM"

    1. This specific link is a facility offered by Toltec Legacy so that subscribers who are serious in their commitment to study and live the Toltec Teachings in their everyday life may be able to interact and share their views and opinions or to make comments and exchange experiences concerning their progress upon the Warrior's Path.
    2. The subscriber, during his/her interactions in the "LIVING ROOM" may use any extracts or material from this present website. He/she may not use extracts or any other copyrighted material from other sources. Should he/she lie careless enough to do so, Toltec Legacy will remove those postings without prior notice and will issue the subscriber with a fair warning.
  2. The subscriber is entering this facility under his/her sole and exclusive will and responsibility. It is advisable that he/she first obtains at least some knowledge and proficiency regarding the rest of the teaching facilities of this website before he/she begins interacting here.
    1. The subscriber clearly states and understands that he/she acquires the obligation to respect the space he/she is being offered as well as the time of his/her fellow subscribers. Should he/she choose to violate this obligatilin he/she will be removed from accessing the "LIVING ROOM". He/she will still have access to the rest of the teaching facility.
    2. In such a case he/she reserves absolutely no claims or demands regarding any form of refunding whatsoever as has already been clearly stated and agreed upon in clause 5 of these present "TERMS AND CONDITIONS".
    1. The subscriber clearly states and understands that he/she acquires the obligation to respect any personal information or data fellow subscribers in the spirit of sharing are disclosing here.
    2. However, if any subscriber(s) is foolish and irresponsible enough to violate the above obligation by disclosing any sort of personal information or data of his/her fellow subscribers or by circulating it outside the space of this present website, then neither Toltec Legacy nor the Théun Mares Foundation may be held responsible for such violations in any way whatsoever.

Toltec Legacy may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
